Returning patients to a state of well being is what Dr. Wolin and the Wolin Wellness Center are all about. Dr. Wolin recognizes, though, that with today’s busy lifestyles, it can be difficult for patients to find the time just to get to the doctor. Therefore, a doctor’s visit may add additional stress and compound patients’ problems.
This is why Dr. Wolin offers, a number of solutions to reduce the hassle and inconvenience of getting to a health care professional. The Wolin Wellness Center has flexible office hours, telephone consultations and a strong commitment to seeing patients on time, Dr. Wolin’s respect for his patients is evident from the very first visit. |

| What to Expect at your First Visit |
Dr. Wolin does not have a “typical session” with patients. All sessions are individually based to address a patients’ unique underlying condition. However, the average initial session is one hour and follow-up visits are typically 15 minutes.
No preparation by the patient is needed, except for the completion of the New Patient Paperwork (outlined below).
Patients just need to come in and feel free to talk about the medical history and specific problems that brought them to the office. Both classical and alternative healing techniques are utilized to address immediate concerns and any identified underlying causes. States of poor health, which usually have multiple causes, are identified layer by layer, and addressed. |

| New patients also receive a New Patient Handbook outlining Dr. Wolin’s philosophy on health and wellness and a guide to healthy eating and additional information to help the healing process begin immediately. |

| Each new patient is encouraged to print, complete and sign the following forms in advance of arriving at the Wolin Wellness Center for their first appointment. If the forms are not completed in advance, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. |

Insurance:
We verify patients’ insurance benefits and provide the paperwork necessary for patients to submit their claims. Please note that the Wolin Wellness Center requires payment in full at the time of service. The Center accepts cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) |
